Standard Turnaround
Approximately 12 business days from when the art is approved and payment has been received.
Rush Production Fee
Print quality is our first priority. If we can accommodate a rush without jeopardizing the order, we will accept rush orders.
Rush fees are as follows:
7 Day -20% Increase | 6 Day -25% Increase 5 Day -30% Increase
4 Day-40% Increase | 3 Day -50% Increase | 2 Day-60% Increase

Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Terms can be giving to approved accounts.
Cancel Order
Orders CAN NOT be canceled after approved payment and artwork.
Setup and Screens Fees
$20 Per Screen (Per Color) 1-3 Colors
$15 Per Screen (Per Color) 1-6 Colors
Shipping
All orders requiring shipping will be sent through UPS ground. Shipping time frame is not included in our standard production time frame. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
Samples
Single printed samples are NOT offered due to the extensive time it takes to setup one job.
Customer Supplied Garments
We are not responsible for any misprints that may happen during the printing process. We do require at least 3 extra pieces per job.

Artwork must be submitted in one of the following formats:
VECTOR ART:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)
Portable Document Format (.pdf)
Vector files are preferred files. All fonts must be converted to outlines.
PHOTOSHOP FILES: (.psd)
Photoshop files must be CREATED at 300dpi or higher in the EXACT print size desired or larger.
JPEG and TIFF files are only accepted if saved at 300dpi in the EXACT print size.
All font layers must be rasterized.
Word (.doc), PowerPoint (.ppt), Excel (.xls), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Graphics Interchange Format (.gif),
Ping (.png), Bitmap (.bmp) files are NOT accepted.
Files submitted outside of these requirements are subject to additional charges and production delays.
